This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the process applicable to registration amounts paid by applicants in connection with the DDJAY Nuh project.
1. Refund Commitment
All applicants who are unsuccessful in the allotment process will be eligible for a refund of their 100% registration amount.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will normally be processed within 15 to 20 working days from the date of allotment.
Mode of Refund: The refund will ordinarily be credited to the same bank account, payment instrument, or payment method from which the registration amount was originally received, subject to applicable banking and payment regulations.
No Separate Refund Application: An unsuccessful applicant will normally not be required to submit a separate refund request. The refund process will be initiated after completion of the allotment process.
Applicants are advised to review the project-specific cancellation conditions before submitting a cancellation request.
2. Cancellation after Allotment
A successful applicant who wishes to cancel their application after allotment may submit a cancellation request through the prescribed process. The cancellation request must be submitted within 5 working days from the date of allocation/allotment.
A sum of ₹1,100.00 will be deducted from the registration amount towards processing and other applicable administrative charges. The remaining balance, after deduction of the applicable charges, will be refunded to the applicant in accordance with the prescribed refund process.
3. Refund Processing
The refund will be processed through the applicable payment or banking channel. The actual time taken for the amount to appear in the applicant's bank account may depend on the applicant's bank, payment gateway, or other financial institution and may be beyond our control.
Applicants should ensure that the bank and payment details provided during registration are accurate and valid.
4. Important Conditions
The refund process is subject to verification of the applicant's registration details and payment records.
